We believe in clear policies, warm service, and doing right by families.
If your order arrives damaged, missing parts, or incorrect, please email support@zeezee.me within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review your issue and offer a quick resolution, including free replacement parts when appropriate.
To process your claim, we require clear photos/ videos of the product, packaging, and any damage.
All ZeeZee tents are backed by a 90-day limited warranty covering defects in materials or craftsmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage due to:
Misuse, improper storage, or assembly errors
Wear and tear from play
Accidental damage (unless covered under Adventure Protection Plan)
Pole breakage during normal play or setup may be covered if within our 90 day Quality promise window. If your claim is approved, we will provide replacement parts or exchange the product. ZeeZee reserves the right to deny claims if the product has been modified, altered, or shows signs of neglect.
StickeeZ
Occasionally the stickers used for our StickeeZ may come off. While this is not intended, this can happen sometimes. Please do not worry as this is normal. Please reach out to us at support and we will send you appropriate DIY fixes to ensure your product can continue to be used.
For added peace of mind, families can opt in to our Adventure Protection Plan, which extends coverage to 12 months. This includes accidental damage, replacement parts, and expanded support. Email support@zeezee.me for more details.
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition
Must include all original packaging, box, and tags
Must be free of stains, dirt, or signs of wear
Receipt or proof of purchase is required
Start your return by emailing support@zeezee.me. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Restocking fees may apply to returned items that are not defective.
If your return is accepted:
You’ll receive a refund to your original payment method
Please allow 7–10 business days for processing
A restocking fee of 20% shall apply towards returns
Restocking fees are industry standard and help cover repackaging, restocking , and processing costs. This fee is deducted from the refund after the return is received and reviewed. We’ll confirm the final refund amount once the tent has been processed.
We reserve the right to deny refunds for any item that is not in resalable condition, or missing original packaging, parts, or labels.
We are unable to accept returns on:
Items returned without approval
Used or damaged items
Gift cards
Clearance, seasonal, or “final sale” items marked as such
Custom or personalized orders
For orders delivered within the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
