We’re a small, family-founded brand—and every order is packed with care. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship, when to expect your order, and how to get in touch if something doesn’t go as planned.


When Will My Order Ship?

We aim to process and ship all in-stock orders within 2–4 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. During sales, holidays, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer—we appreciate your patience and support.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you don’t see your tracking email, please check your spam folder—or contact us at support@zeezee.me.


U.S. Shipping

We currently ship throughout the U.S. from our U.S.-based fulfillment centers. Delivery timelines depend on your location and chosen shipping method, but most packages arrive within 5–8 business days after processing.

Please Note: Additional shipping costs may apply for remote or hard-to-reach areas, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you before shipping for confirmation.

Free Shipping: We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $275. Discount applies automatically at checkout.


International Shipping (By Request)

While our core shipping operations are currently U.S.-focused, we deeply believe in bringing ZeeZee Adventures to as many children as possible. If you're located outside the U.S., please email support@zeezee.me with your country and items of interest—we’re happy to work with you individually where possible.

Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. You'll always see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.


Missing or Damaged Items?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is missing or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@zeezee.me and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.


Delivery Disclaimers

  • Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, ZeeZee is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you have concerns about safe delivery, we recommend shipping to a secure location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information, gated entry, or inaccessible delivery locations.


Pre-Orders

Why Pre-Order?

Some of our most-loved products sell out quickly due to high demand. When this happens, you’ll see a Pre-Order button instead of “Add to Cart.” Pre-ordering guarantees your spot in our next production run.

As a thank-you for your patience and support, many pre-order items include a limited-time discount.

Each ZeeZee product is thoughtfully designed and produced in small batches. Pre-orders help us plan ahead while staying true to our mission of quality and creativity. As a small business, this also helps us reduce waste and improve production efficiency as we grow.

Estimated Shipping

Pre-order items usually ship within 4–16 weeks, or as soon as inventory becomes available.*
We’ll keep you updated by email as your order progresses through production and shipping.

Please note: Pre-order shipping timelines begin once production is complete, not from the date of purchase.

Can I Cancel a Pre-Order?

Because we rely on pre-orders to forecast production and manage inventory, most pre-orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled. That said, we’re real people—and we get it. If you need assistance, reach out to support@zeezee.me and we’ll do our best to help. In some cases, we may be able to offer store credit.

By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge and agree to the estimated shipping timeframe and terms outlined in this policy.

Orders with Multiple Items

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll typically ship everything together once the pre-order is ready. If you'd like items shipped separately, contact us—additional shipping charges may apply.
