1. Who We Are

ZeeZee Adventures is not a big-box corporate brand. We’re a small, family-led company building imaginative products for children—starting with a play tent designed by our own kids. We put immense care into everything we do, from design to packaging to customer care. Your support directly impacts our ability to grow, create, and serve more families like yours.

2. Eligibility & Use of This Site

By using this site, you confirm that you are either:

  • At least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, or

  • You have given permission for any minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.

You agree not to use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws). Any misuse or fraudulent activity may result in termination of service.

3. Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Errors in product availability or pricing

  • Orders placed in violation of these Terms

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current purchase information during checkout. ZeeZee Adventures is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

  • Pre-order items may take 4–8+ weeks to ship, depending on demand and production.

  • Pre-orders are typically not eligible for cancellation as they help us plan inventory and production.

  • In return, we often offer a discount as a thank-you for your patience.

We’ll always do our best to keep you informed, and you’re welcome to reach out if you need help.

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for the most up-to-date information.

  • We offer a 7-day arrival guarantee for items that arrive damaged or with missing parts.

  • Every product is covered by our 90-Day Quality Promise (excluding wear and tear).

  • Families can opt into our Adventure Protection Plan, a 1-year extended warranty covering accidental damage and extra peace of mind.

Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition with original packaging. Select items, including sale, final-sale, and personalized items, are non-returnable.

6. Product Safety & Intended Use

Our products are thoughtfully crafted for children but must be used under adult supervision.

  • Do not allow children to climb on or hang from the tent or engage in rough play.

  • Do not use near open flames, heaters, or stoves.

  • Electrical accessories (like SmartLights or fans) should be installed per instructions and used with care.

  • Fans are sold separately and should only be used with low-voltage USB power sources.

We disclaim any liability for misuse of the product that results in injury, damage, or malfunction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeeZee Adventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. This includes but is not limited to injuries, allergic reactions, lost profits, or damages from third-party shipping delays or service providers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including product names, photos, descriptions, artwork, logos, and designs—is the property of ZeeZee Adventures and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without express written permission.

9. User-Generated Content

We love hearing from you! If you tag us on social media or submit reviews, photos, or testimonials, you agree that we may use, share, or repost that content for promotional purposes. You retain ownership, but you grant us permission to use it as part of our marketing.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled with care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell or rent your data.
